would like to thank all of our loyal attendees.Over the years, we have grown to be one of the most attended computer
shows and sales in North America.
For those customers that will attend the Super Computer Sale for the first time. We hope that your shopping experience is an enjoyable one. We have provided additonal attendee information below.
What to Expect:
Each Super Computer Sale
is comprised of 30 to 80 local and national computer dealers, wholesalers, distributors
and retailers. The number of exhibitors is usually proportional to the population size of the surrounding area. These exhibitors will have their products displayed in their
own store like atmosphere, that we call booths. The size of a booth is usually determined by the amount of inventory each exhibitor wishes to display. Internet Service Providers, Ink Jet Refill Dealers, and Educational Institutions
primarily use the smaller booths. The bigger booths contain larger volume vendors selling a huge variety of
new and used hardware and software. Since each booth is independently owned and operated you must pay for your purchases
before leaving each exhibitor's booth.

What Products Will Be Sold:
Generally you will find just about anything you could imagine that is computer related. The computer hardware products
are primarily IBM compatible. The computer hardware is a collection of mostly new, some used, refurbished and overstock products.
The hardware products are:
• New and used brand name computers
• New custom built computers
• Internal components (Hard Drives, Memory, CPU's, Main Boards, Video Cards etc.)
• External devices (Monitors, Printers, Speakers, Joysticks, Mice Keyboards etc.)
The software products are:
• Business software (MS-Office, Quicken, PhotoShop etc.)

Educational software (Reader Rabbit, Math Blaster, etc.)
• Entertainment software (Quake, Tomb Raider, NFL 2000, etc.)
There are plenty of other things to check out. Most shows you will find local Internet Providers and Educational
Institutions looking for new subscribers and students. In larger markets we provide free educational seminars.
Blue Star Productions is the promoter of the Super Computer
Sale. We do not sell any merchandise. Since every show is made up of different vendors, selling a variety of products, it's impossible for us to quote the price or availability of any
specific item. We have provided only examples of the items you will find on sale.

What to Bring:
We suggest bringing a pen and paper for comparing prices and taking notes. A calculator is a good idea to keep track of
your purchases. If you're planning on buying a new computer, the exhibitors will assist you in getting your new computer to your vehicle. A computer, monitor and printer
can take up a lot of room in your vehicle so plan ahead. If you're looking to upgrade an existing computer, bring all the manuals that came with it. The more information you can
provide our exhibitors will assure your new upgrades will work correctly.

How do I get a discount?
There are 3 ways to get a discount on admission to the show.
1. Post Card:
If you register to be added to our mailing list (on-line or at the show). We will mail you a dollar off preferred customer postcard a week before show.
2. Email: If you register
your email address (on-line or at the show). We will email you with a dollar off coupon a few days before the show.
3. Instant Email: If you
register your email address online a
few days before the show you will receive a dollar off via email.

Buying Tips:
Do your homework. Do some pre-show research on the items you are planning to purchase. Research the going
price, length of warranty, repair/exchange policies, and if any rebates are available. Having prior knowledge will help you negotiate the best deal possible.
Ask questions: Make sure you clearly know exactly what you're buying.
Get a receipt: It should clearly state the date, exhibitor's name, address, phone number, description of the product
and the sales person's name.
Get it in writing: Get all warranty, rebate, and exchange/repair policies in writing.
Inspect your packages: Verify that all disks, manuals, cords,
rebates, and parts before leaving the show.
Purchase with credit cards: Many credit card companies have a buyer protection policy.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Do products sold at the show come with a warranty?
Yes, most products sold do come with warranties. If you're not sure, ask your salesperson and get it in writing.
What types of payments are accepted? All vendors accept
cash, most accept credit cards, some will accept checks but this is entirely up to the exhibitor.
Will companies like Dell, Compaq, and IBM be exhibiting at the show?
No, however there will be Dell, Compaq, and IBM resellers selling their computers at the show.
Will Macintosh products be sold at the show?
Most of the hardware items sold are for IBM compatible PC's.
Occasionally we do have Mac dealers at the show. You can call us at 651-766-2800 to verify if one will be exhibiting.
Why do you charge an admission?
The admission price is used to pay for advertising, facility rental, logistics, and staffing.
Do you charge for parking?
We make every attempt to hold our events at venues that don't charge for parking. If parking is collected it goes to the venue, not the Super Computer Sale.
